The PDX for Childhood Cancer Therapeutics (PCAT) is a data portal that enables analysis and visualization of pediatric cancer transcriptomes. This portal contains phenotype and genotype data for 324 xenograft models that can be used for testing. Patient Derived Xenograft (PDX) allow preclinical testing of targeted treatments on tumor cells grafted onto mice.
